EMDS was specialized in helping multinationals ta handle international recruitment of young professionals. Among the clients where: ABB, BMW, Boston Consulting Group, Ericsson, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, McKinsey & Co, Nokia, Toyota Europe, Volkswagen etc.

At the end of 2000, EMDS had 21 subsidiary offices around the world and 292 employees representing more than 30 nationalities. EMDS was sold to Havas, the French communication group, in December 2000.
